This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for tournaments, entry fees, and other paid services on ScrimNation. By registering, paying, or participating in any tournament or event, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. No Refund Policy

All payments made on ScrimNation are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Player absence or late arrival for matches

  • Device failure, lag, or internet disconnection

  • Wrong registration details or game ID

  • Account bans, rule violations, or disqualification

  • Change of mind after registration

  • Technical issues on the user’s side

Once payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Players are advised to read the tournament rules carefully before registering.


2. Event Cancellation by ScrimNation

In the rare case that a tournament or event is cancelled by ScrimNation due to technical issues, system failures, or unforeseen circumstances, registered players may receive one of the following:

  • A full refund of the entry fee to their original payment method, or

  • A credit or coupon for participation in a future tournament of equal value.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after official confirmation of the event cancellation.


3. Disqualification and Rule Violations

Players disqualified for any reason—including hacking, teaming, or violating tournament rules—will not be eligible for any refund or compensation.
All admin and referee decisions are final and binding.


4. Duplicate Payments

In the event of duplicate or accidental payments, players must contact ScrimNation support within 24 hours of the transaction with valid proof (payment ID, transaction screenshot, etc.).
After verification, refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within 7 business days.


5. Technical Errors and Payment Failures

If your payment is deducted but registration fails due to a technical issue, please contact our support team with:

  • Registered mobile number or email

  • Payment transaction ID and time

  • Screenshot of payment confirmation

After verification, ScrimNation will either confirm your registration manually or issue a refund.


6. Prize Distribution

ScrimNation is not responsible for any loss of prize eligibility or delays caused by:

  • Incorrect UPI, Paytm, or wallet details

  • Failure to claim the prize within 24 hours of result announcement

All prize transfers are final once processed.
